The TOPFILL™ Counter Mount Manual Dispenser features an innovative system system that refills from ABOVE the counter using a patented refill dock and resealable refill bags. Simply remove the pump head, insert and turn the refill bag to open and let the soap flow into the sealed reservoir. Fill one dispenser or “top off” many.
